I got a chance to visit this small island. My first impression was “this is the quietest island that I’ve ever visited”. You can find almost no one everywhere, except the CBD. Although it was better during the weekend in Salamanca Market.
Nevertheless, Tasmania is not a really good place for Metropolitan vacation, but It is really great in terms of NATURE VIEW. I only visited Wine Glass Bay and various historical site.
The daily tour cost around 85- 100 per day. It’s same for every tour. I just knew from the tour guide that Tasmania is one of the poorest provinces in the Island. In the past, the infrastructure was being built by convicts and prisoner. He told a story about how many people died during that era. Honestly, I am not really fascinated as I knew more brutal history of mass killing due to slavery work in Indonesia.
